The Kanban Maturity Model describes 130+ specific Kanban practices, based on 10+ years of experience of companies all over the world. It organizes them in 7 levels, scaling from Individual, through Team-focused, Customer-driven and Fit-for-Purpose up to Risk Hedged, Market Leader and Built to Endure. The model also describes the cultural values it develops and sustains by means of the practices.
One year of applying KMM has demonstrated that the large majority of companies are at ML1 Team Focused. A small percentage of organizations have demonstrated ML2 Customer-driven or deeper.
In this workshop learn more about the levels of the Kanban Maturity model and how they can be applied to your company. This is based on the Kanban Maturity Model having been tested on enterprise level companies and coming out of beta.
