Miquel Rodriguez Netmind
Miquel Rodriguez is Agile Services Director at Netmind, a training and consulting company based in Spain and USA. He is an Accredited Kanban Trainer from Lean Kanban University, and he has delivered thousands of hours in corporate, university and public training environments in Europe and USA. He has also facilitated workshops and collaborative sessions to maximize individual, team and organization learning. Miquel is currently working with large enterprises and smalls companies to lead organizational improvements and agile transformations.
Fernando Santaella, BBVA
Fernando Santaella es responsable de la Disciplina Agile en BBVA España. Tiene 12 años de experiencia trabajando en BBVA y con una experiencia previa de 8 años trabajando en grandes organizaciones como Reuters. Actualmente sus responsabilidades son liderar la transformación de las unidades de servicios centrales de BBVA España (Desarrollo de Negocio, Riesgos, Finanzas, T&C, ingeniería, …) hacia marcos de trabajo agiles y cambio de mindset basados en los principios y valores agile.
Licenciado en ingeniería Informática por la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, sus inicios fueron enfocados al desarrollo de plataformas sw y el trabajo en las unidades de arquitectura de SW lo que le confirió grandes conocimientos técnicos. Tras esa primera etapa enfocó su carrera a su pasión que era la transformación y el impulso de nuevos retos. Es aquí donde se centra en la transformación Lean-Agile y desde la que impulsa dicha transformación en unidades y áreas no técnicas:
Javier Ferrer, NN
Javier Ferrer is Head of Agile Center of Excellence at NN Spain with the roles of Lean Agile Portfolio and Program Manager/RTE, Enterprise Agile Coach and Chapter Lead of Agile Coaches and Product Owners. He is leading Enterprise Agility from a methods perspective with a combination of Scrum, Kanban, Spotify and SAFe frameworks. He is certified both in agile practices as SPC4, KMP, PMI-ACP, CSM and CAL and predictive methodologies as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP and MoP.
Javier has over 18 years of experience in portfolio, program and project management using both agile practices and predictive methodologies mainly in insurance, and also in telecommunications, energy, pharma and agribusiness industries in Europe and Latin America.

Marc Ebri, originally from Barcelona, holds a degree and Master of Science in Business Administration by ESADE. He has developed his whole career in Zurich Insurance, having worked in Spain, Switzerland, US and Brazil. Marc has held different responsibility positions in Project Management, Transformation, Strategy and Operations. He is currently Director Strategic Projects and OPEX in Zurich Spain.
